Bill got his real estate license in 2010 after retiring from Ohio Dept of Agriculture of 30 years and running his family farm. He has been married 39 years and has two sons and one grandson. Bill loves his family life and probably why he enjoys working with the first time home buyers so much. He grew up in Alexandria, Ohio and now lives in the Utica area . Bill started his real estate career working on land acquisitions in Licking County. He enjoys working with land buyers and seller but also really loves the residential side where he can help clients find the perfect space for their families. Bill specializes in the Croton, Alexandria, Johnstown, Utica and Delaware areas. When Bill isn’t busy selling homes he still loves farming his blackberries and he also is a volunteer coach for the Northridge High School Baseball team.
